NO! While we love Oriental rugs, we clean any area rug that you may have. Braided, machine made, rag rugs, hooked rugs, bound carpet, animal skins and more!

The time it takes for us to get your rug cleaned and back to you depends on the season. We typically see higher volumes of rugs during the spring and summer months while winter offers the quickest turn around times.

If you need it turned around faster, we offer a Rush Service that cuts the current turn around time in half. Some of our rug washing packages include this service.

Our basic wash price is $2.85/ft².

We offer re-lacing of braided rugs, re-hooking, end stabilizations, fringe repair and removal, glue patches, and foundation repair. Contact us for repair pricing.

While we do not re-pile rugs in our shop, we do work closely with a full restoration partner to help with these requests. Please contact us for more information.

December to early March usually offer the shortest wait times for getting your rug completed. During the spring and summer months, turn around times usually exceed 6 weeks.

We do! Once a rug is finished being cleaned, it is rolled and tied. If you choose to pay for wrapping, we use Tyvek to protect your rug from moisture and pests.

Note: while we do offer the service, we recommend that you open and check your rugs every year.

Depending on the time of year, thickness of pile, and how deep we need to clean, dry time for carpet and upholstery is 24-48 hours. Fans and air-conditioning will help cut these times down.

While we recommend staying off the carpet as it cures, you are fine to walk on it with bare feet or indoor shoes.

We do not recommend having your area rugs steam cleaned in the home. Our carpet cleaning van creates high heat steam that could damage wood floors. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific situation.

Our residential carpet cleaning starts at $.60/ft². We do have a Truck Minimum charge of $300.
